How uninstall TextPad 4?

I have an old copy of TextPad 4 that someone installed on my machine years ago, now that I have a registered copy of TextPad 5 I want 4 to go away. Problem is, there's nothing in my "Add/Remove Programs" for TextPad 4, and if I just try the brute force method of deleting c:\program files\TextPad 4, it complains because shellext.dll is still in use, even if I go into TextPad 4's preferences and remove it from the context menu.

Suggestions on how to get rid of TextPad 4?
