I like to know if it's possible to count marked characters with TextPas 5.2.0.

Probably not, but would know better if I understood what you mean by "marked characters".

I mean, when I select on area. I like to know how many characters are they in this area.

Look at View | Document Properties (<Alt-Ret>), Document tab, under Statistics.
Note that the figures it gives for the numbers of characters don't include newlines.
