Keyboard in search results

Using Textpad 5.2
If the search window is already open and I start a new search then I'm not able to use the cursor down key to navigate through the new search result. The cursor stops at the end of the last result.
I can set the cursor with the mouse into the new result. Doing this it is possible to use the down/up keys.
It seems that the window does not have the correct information of last line after searching
