New instance of TextPad when multiple instances not enabled

It would be nice to be able to manually open another instance of TextPad when the "Allow multiple instances to run" is unchecked. It is a chore to open the Preferences, check the box, open another instance, and uncheck the box in the Preference of both instances. This could be implemented in the Windows pull-down menu. Good idea?

I bought my TextPad license about 5 years ago and love this program.

the -m command line parameter exists.
