hi! (my first post)

ive been using textpad for years but it wasnt until last friday ( aug 8 )
that i looked into the keyboard commands. i also finally downloaded and
upgraded to version 5.2 that day. i noticed that i could hide the clip library
and (from the help text below) use Alt+0 to make it pop up and grab
focus. four hours later i get home from work and do the same thing,
i download and install version 5.2.

Alt+0 didnt work. i printed a list of the commands and saw that it
was changed to Alt+2. (Alt+0 has no binding)

was there a minor change release in those 4 hours? or is it somehow
my computer (both machines are WinXP pro)? doesnt really matter i
guess, you should just update the help text.

thanks for a great product!
(btw i searched the forums with "clip alt" for answers before posting)

help text:
"The interface is turned on and off using the Clip Library command on the View menu, which uses Ctrl+F3 as a shortcut. Keyboard-only users can also use the shortcut Alt+0 to make it the focus window, ESC to return the focus to the active document, and Shift+F10 to display its context menu."

javaguy, I'm using 5.2 and it's still Alt+0 for me, so not sure what happened on your end.

Well done for doing your homework before posting though :D

you could try to re-assign it to Alt-0 (or whatever) using Configure - Preferences - Keyboard ...

I just double-checked. On my XP Pro machine, it's Alt+0, but on my Vista machine it's Alt+2. Very strange indeed.
