A little frustrating trying to figure out if the product was actually purchased or not. A confirmation number was received, but the next display showed a message: "Unknown/Unsupported card type". Attempts to contact using the emails posted on the website bounced. Would really like to purchase and download the product, but the frustration level is increasing. Any help available would be most appreciated.
