Replacing capital letters

I want to replace text in capital letter with only the first letter in capital

example

CITY OF NEW YORK

convert to

City Of New York

select text, then go to Edit - Change Case - Capitalize

I have several lines with Capital letter mixed with others that not. There is any find and replace formula that can i use? Thanks

We need more information: How many different types of phrases will you need to change?

Is there some regular pattern by which we can go, or are there many completely different phrases to change?

If you can adequately determine the regularity of the phrases in the document, you might be able to process a number of them at a time, but it sounds as if you might have a lot of manual work on your hands, nonetheless.
I came in on 4.5 in 2001, moved to 4.7.2 in 2004, moved to 4.7.3 in 2007, moved to 5.4 in 2010, and am excited about 2013. I've said it many times before, and I'll say it many times again: "I love this program."
