Open Binary File automation

I have never found the File/Open/File_Format=Auto to work when opening a binary file.
Thus, the Windows Explorer right-click menu Textpad option always opens the file in text mode and displays garbage.
That forces the user to perform a multi-click navigation using explorer to search through numerous directories to find the file which the user wants to open.
Rather than expend time fixing the Open/Auto feature, I would suggest one of the following solutions or both:
1) upon installation, provide a second Explorer right-click menu to load Textpad on a file, perhaps called "Textpad (BIN)",
2) during Textpad execution, with the binary file open and displayed as garbage as the current file, provide a pulldown menu option "Re-open as binary", which would simply close the current file, then re-open that same pathname as a binary file.
These are 2 trivial-to-implement solutions to a persistent major problem with this product. I hope one or both of these solutions is implemented immediately.
