Clipboard upgrade and search upgrade

I have two basic suggestions to improve the way TP functions for the user.

1. Create a user preference for the number of clip lines stored in the clipboard from 40 to what ever number will fit on the user screen.
It is a pain in the rear when the clip library begins dropping clipped lines at 40 lines.

2. Modify the search results in the forms to highlight the topic title when the subject searched appears in the underlying document.
