Is there any way to disable the menu bar? Because the menus when docked always occupy the full screen width, using the menu bar plus a custom menu wastes screen space to the right of the toolbar contents. I would like to be able to dock toolbars side by side, as with, for example, Avant Browser, or failing that, to put the contents of the menu bar into my custom toolbar and then turn off the menu bar. (Alternatively I would put the contents of my custom menu in the menu bar, but that is not editable).
I know I can float the toolbars side by side, but then they have title bars which waste space.
