Recover Missing Data from Undeleted File

Hey

I use textpad to manage large text based databases and been working on a file actually the last 3 months with over 100 hours of work.

I have the backup and the autosave hooked up on textpad

What happened is I was working on the file which was 350 KB and during a autosave the computer froze so I was forced to reboot.

When I rebooted and open the program in textpad none of the text showed yet in file manger it still shows the file being 350 KB.

Be really grateful someone can give me some suggestions on how recuperate the file.

Have you tried opening the file in another editor, for instance Notepad?

Ya did that no luck seemed to replace the data with tabs or spaces
