Add Code explorer window

There should be added a function similar to the "code explorer window " in PSpad to Textpad. This is a function which makes a resume of defines, includes, variables, functions, prototypes and so on inside active document. Very usefull, and you can switch to the definition of a function or define by simply clicking on this resume window.
