Toolbar - Pref own choice, not list, else Block Mode button

Most applications, eg: MS Office, allow a fully customisable toolbar from all internal commands, but Textpad limits us to a choice from a pre-ordained selection.
Ideally I would like a wider choice, but at very least I would like a Block Mode button.

Right click on Toolbar, choose "Customize".
Go to "Commands" tab.
Select "Configure" in left box,
then drag "Block Select Mode" from right box to whatever toolbar you want to have it.
With the "Customize" dialog still open, right click on the "Block Select Mode" in your toolbar.
Choose "Change Button Image" to use a pre-created image or "Edit Button Image" to design your own symbol.
(Apart from that: "BLOCK" in the status bar can be double-clicked to switch block select mode on/off)
ADD:
of course, as usual when permanently changing configuration:
close all Textpad instances except one.
Close all documents in this instance.
After changing the configuration, close Textpad.
After restarting, the change should be permanent.

It's not there in either v4.7.3 or v5.0.3

Well, that's almost as useful, thanks for the tip!

Belay that, I didn't quite follow the instructions correctly the first time I looked at v5.0.3 - it
is there in v5.0.3.
But it
isn't there in v4.7.3. The problem in v4.7.3 is that there's no Configure category to select in the left pane.
Thanks, and apologies for any confusion ...
