Sharing violation on save in Windows Vista

I am having a problem with TextPad v. 5.0.3: 32-bit Edition in Windows Vista.

If I edit an HTML file, save it, then view it in a browser then make additional changes I receive an error message (sharing violation has occurred) when I try to save again.

The work-around I have been using is to alter the name of the file (by adding a digit to its filename) and saving it as this.
