This is a bug report for version 5.03 of Textpad:

Description:
When you are performing an ongoing 'find-in-files' search, selecting "Clear All" from the Context Menu displayed for the Search Results buffer will 'clear' the current open document with focus.

Steps to reproduce:
1) Open a document,
2) Perform any search that won't complete in just a couple seconds,
3) Right-click on the "Search Results" buffer and select "Clear All" from the menu options,
4) Note: the open document should now be completely empty.

Thank goodness for Textpad's Undo feature(s)!

We can reproduce this problem, so thanks for bringing it to our attention. We will fix it in the next maintenance upgrade.

I too, can reproduce this, but with a slightly different set of steps (version=5.0.3).

1) Start with a new instance of TP.
2) Perform any "Find in Files" search.
3) Double Click on a result line to open the document.
4) Click into the Document window to change focus.
5) Right-click in the Search Results window and select "Clear All"
6) . . . the document gets "cleared" not the search resutls . . .

Looking forward to the next release!! :P
