Tiny printing

The font in my document is COURIER NEW and the font-size is 12. But, when the document is printed, the font is so tiny it's almost impossible to read.
==========================================
I've already tried:
1. From the Configure menu, choose Preferences
2. Click the "+" next to Document Classes.
3. Click the "+" next to the Default document class.
4. Select Font.
5. Check "Printer" and choose a suitable font
6. Click OK.
But, the document still prints in tiny font.
How do I get the document to print correctly?

The following extract is taken from the TextPad Help file FAQ's.
Why is a tiny font used for printing?
This happens if the default font (Courier) is not supported by your printer. To fix it:
1. From the Configure menu, choose Preferences
2. Click the "+" next to Document Classes.
3. Click the "+" next to the Default document class.
4. Select Font.
5. Check "Printer" and choose a suitable font.
6. Click OK.
I hope this helps.

It is unfortunate that Helios is not taking this problem seriously.
I have the exact same problem; it asserts itself in print preview as well. The text is incredibly tiny and all jammed into the upper left corner. I have tried different fonts; no go. This is a Windows VISTA connected to an HP LaserJet 1020. Microsoft Word is working.

Why do you think that?
Helios responded within 81 minutes with a (possible) solution.
After that, no reaction of the original user (or anyone else) for more than 7 weeks that indicates that the given solution did not work.
So the problem seemed to be fixed, no need for further action.

eugene.neiman,
Please check the font and printer setting as follows:
Right click in the document that you want to print and choose Properties/Font. Select the Courier New font and check the Scope for Printer or Both. Click Apply/OK. If this doesn't work, then there may be an issue with Vista that needs investigating.
Solution confirmed

Just an FYI ... I was having the same problem with an HP Laserjet 1020 printer. The procedure outlined in the last reply resolved the problem.
Thanks for the help.
TextPad has been a great tool for me. I especially like the ability to do text replacement using regular expressions. Keep up the good work.
