Textpad 5.0.3 fails in Windows NT 4.0 SP6a (GetMonitorInfoA)

Hi y'all!
I swear I've searched the forums for info on this but found no results. Is the forum search working correctly? Seems unlikely that this has not been covered, so my apologies if this is the case.
Anyway, I get the following when running Textpad 5.0.3 in Windows NT:
TextPad.exe - Entry Point Not Found
The procedure entry point GetMonitorInfoA could not be located in the dynamic link library USER32.dll
Now, I'm guessing NT isn't supported any more, but don't see this mentioned in the release notes for 5.0.3. I know it's outrageous that my company still uses NT but there you go!
