Document windows flicker when using the document selector

In TextPad 5.0.2 running on Windows XP SP2, if I have document tabs disabled, whenever I switch documents via the document selector, the document appears briefly in windowed form (i.e., as if cascaded). It's really distracting. This doesn't happen if I switch documents via Ctrl+Tab or if I enable document tabs. This didn' happen in 4.7.x.

Yeah, I've noticed that too. It is rather distracting. Hopefully it can be fixed.

This has already been fixed for the next upgrade, which is due for release in the next few days.

Okay, I tried TextPad 5.0.3, and while it seems that the problem is fixed when switching between documents in the document selector, it now seems that the problem occurs when pressing Ctrl+Tab repeatedly.

Is this ever going to be fixed? It's really annoying...

This is still happening in TextPad 5.1.0.

This still isn't fixed in TextPad 5.2 either. Note that I don't see it when cycling between two open text files with Ctrl+Tab, but I do see it when cycling between three or more.
