One thing that seems to have changed since version 4 is that double-clicking a file icon in Windows Explorer always seems to open a new instance of TextPad. In version 4, if TextPad was already open then the new file would usually be opened as a new tab.

Is there some way to configure version 5 to use an existing instance?

My apologies if this has already been discussed.
