Jump-to-line from Command Response doesn't always work

If you do something that pops results in TextPad's command response window, it's usually possible to double-click an error message that contains a line number in your source code, and TextPad moves the cursor in that file's window to the relevant line.
This worked consistently in TextPad 4, but with TextPad 5 it is intermittent. Sometimes the status bar contains a message that says something like 'I don't feel like doing that today'.
