dual monitor - TP always has focus

I have a Dell notebook (Inspiron 9400) with an external monitor attached and the Windows desktop extended with it. Problem is that whenever I have TP open it always stays on top of any and all other application windows.
Anyone else have this problem?

Deselect Configure | Preferences | View | Stay on top of other windows .

Works now. Funny I never noticed this behavior with a single monitor - and I never selected that option so it must be a default...

Perhaps a cosmic ray had a close encounter with a bit in your registry...
