User Tools

I would like to suggest that the User Tools that can be defined under the Configure menu choice and executed under the Tools menu should be definable on a per project basis and not just as global tools.
Different projects use different compilers, linkers, debuggers, etc.
By having to define all of them as common/global makes the tools menu big and clumsy and many of the tools are not applicable to the current project, etc.
Maybe the choice of whether the tools should be global or project orientated could be given in the Tools Configure section. i.e. and additional "Add" button, to "Add Global Tool" or "Add Project Tool"
The project tools definitions could be saved in the project.TWS file.

Nice. But there's no need to save this in a TWS file, I think. Just add an option in the Tool Definition Dialog that allows one to select one or more document classes that the tool applies to. (by default: All document classes)
