Simply no clue how to send a picture to this forum! Help!

When you are sending a reply you can use the buttons above the reply section. There is a button there, "Img*".
Hold the mouse over that button and you will see the following below it:
Insert image: [img]http://image_url[/img] (alt+p)
for syntax.
So, you can enter the URL address for the image, then highlight the URL, and click on the IMG button and the surrounding tags should be put in place.
Or you can manually type them in using the shown syntax.
Be sure there is no check mark in the box that disables BBCodes in the posting. You want the BBCodes enabled.

You might also need to upload the picture to an image hosting service like ImageShack, Flikr, or a similar site before you can reference it.

Don't want to sound funny, but this post looks like a Dating Services plug.
What kind of pictures are we talking about here ?
This is a forum about Texpad, you know...
It'd be a shame if this forum is hijacked by spammers.
