Bad registry entries

SysInternals RootkitRevealer reports that 14 registry keys (relating only to placement of windows, etc) are 'wrong' - at least, by a currently ongoing scan on my Windows XP Pro system.
The actual message is -
Windows API length not consistent with raw hive data
I can't see that this would affect anything in TextPad 4.7.3 operation, but it probably shouldn't be entering wrong stuff into the registry.
