Help text on keywords

It would be very useful to be able to add baloon help to keywords.
It would work as follows:
When the user hovers the mouse over a keyword (in the .syn file) a balloon is shown that contains text taken from the .syn file.
Help text is simply entered after the keyword in the .syn file.
(90/20 rule says this is a good starter but obviously it could be elaborated!)
