Add Document Classes to "Files of type"

In the File->Open and File->Save As... dialogs there is a pull-down list called "Files of type:" and "Save as type:"

Could you add an option where chosen document classes can be added to those lists. All the extensions for a class could be entered as a selection allowing you to filter custom file types in the open/save dialogs.

Also, sort those lists by which options were used most recently so if the list becomes long the commonly used classes appear on top.

Also, add an option to remember the last class used when opening/saving so the next time these dialogs are used the filter is set automatically.
