TEXPAD and suggestion

Post by angelo2006 »

DEar ALL,

I am using TEXPAD by purchasing X assembly language written by Kip Irvine.

However, I wonder if based on x86 machine and only starting from the Bios a texpad could be launched and progressively enhanced...

Discussion open, but let's go on...

Interesting subject, isn't it?

Regards,

TextPad is a GUI program. Are you suggesting that you might write an entire windowing system? Starting from the BIOS? And then recreate TextPad from scratch?

In assembler?
