Lock Toolbar option

With the ability to simply drag and drop customized toobars, along with the tendency to accidentally drag toolbar options out of place, it would be nice if a "Lock the Toolbar" option was available, similar to Internet Explorer or some other programs that allow customized toolbars.

I would also like to see a Linux version of Textpad made available.
