TextPad and HP PrecisionScan Pro

(Perhaps this is more of an HP question but I couldn't find anything useful with Google at their site.)

HP's PrecisionScan Pro scanner software allows you to send the output of a scan to various applications. This way you can, say, when you do an OCR scan, have it automatically launch WordPad to edit the results.

Unfortunately I haven't been able to find a way to add more applications to the ones the PrecisionScan knows about. Do any of you know a way?
