Auto Reload Commandline Switch

I use textpad as a viewer for log files generated during daily backups and
find that textpad has no commandline switch to force automatic reloading of
a changed file and one to prevent multiple instances.
So when I backup during times I'm not working (or after holidays) I end up
with lots of 'would you like to reload' messages I have dismiss before
textpad can be closed. As the backup job runs scheduled it also seems like
settings for autoreloading and multiple instances are saved for the user the
scheduler runs under so are different from my own account.
