Perhaps this should be bult in. Here's how to add it (you only have to do this once):
Configure | Preferences... | Tools | Add | Program... (not DOS Command...).
Select your favourite shell (DOS, Windows or otherwise).
Rename this new tool if you wish.
Select Apply.
Select Tools on the left-hand side.
Select the tool you just added.
Delete the Parameters: entry.
Note that the Initial folder: entry is conveniently set to $FileDir (which will be the directory of whichever file is current when you use the tool).
Unselect all the options except Close DOS window on exit.
Select Apply.
Select Keyboard on the left-hand side.
Select Categories: Tools, then Tools: your new tool.
Give it a short cut key to your liking.
Select Assign.
Select OK.
