Full UNICODE support

My company (thanks to me) tried and liked TP very much and we tried it for an evaluation period, but we didn't buy it.
The great limitation was the half UNICODE support.
TP open UNICODE file buf show you only a series of ???? instead of special character.
Ok, we can edit al the non unicode text and save normally, but other silly editor like notepad are able to write and read normally unicode character (like the greek).
The workaround I find somewhere, to change the Windows language to another, enter new non standard character and return to our normal language, is a bit silly.
I used for a long time an older version of TP. I think this is today the best editor but this limitation cut of may of the potential customers.
