I frequently use TextPad as a scratch-pad editor (e.g. paste in some text, edit, copy it out again), never saving to file.

But if auto-save is on, it prompts me to save to a file if the text is open for more than 10 mins (or whatever auto-save is set to).

I don't want to turn auto-save off, because it's valuable when editing real files. I'd therefore like an option to have auto-save enabled only for open files, not for un-named documents.

Any chance?
