Macro Sets and Key Accelerators By Document Class

I work with several different document classes -- HTML, Text, CSS, TeX, Python, Lisp.
I am very happy with the ability to write new macros and assign custom key bindings.
What I would like is the ability to create a set of macros and bindings that loads whenever I open a document a particular class.
If I open a text document, TextPad loads the text document class macros and key bindings.
If I open a CSS file, TextPad loads the CSS document class macros and key bindings.
And so on. Then I could assign a bunch of things to the keyboard for each document class, without having conflicts.
