Clip library should remember last used library when closed

If the clip library is showing when textpad starts up, the last selected library is still selected.
However, if textpad starts up with the clip library not showing, it forgets which was last used and defaults to the first (sorted alphabetically).
Textpad should remember which was last used in both cases.
