I have been able to edit an HTML page in TextPad, then File>Open and drag the file in the File>Open window on to a WS-FTP hotspot which automatically uploads the file to the web server. In the last couple of weeks the ability to drag the file has been lost. The only event I can point to is a clutch of security updates in Win 2000.

Turning off Norton AV/IS makes no difference.

Any ideas?
