Block Move

Please add block move facility using the mouse. This is a useful facility e.g. when aligning text at finer than indent resolution. Currently can be done by using cut and paste which I can get by with but that's all.

Select block. Click on selected block and move mouse with mouse button still down. This moves the block of text around, displacing other text (temporarily whilst movement continues), with a rippling effect, until the mouse button is released.

This will be a bit of a SW design challenge but the result will be worth the effort.
