Why isn't there a button to set the current option for all document classes? I set the default tab shit to 4 spaces instead of the insane 8 default value, but had to set this for every class.

I want a way to set it to all classes.

PS: What's the difference between "default tab spacing" and "indent size"?

The stock document classes have the tab spacing set to 4, except for Text, which is 8 for compatibility with Notepad. New document classes are created with the tab spacing set to 4.

Indent size is used by the Increase/Reduce Indent commands. If not a multiple of the tab size, indents will be made up of a mixture of tabs and spaces.
