Ability to highlight search matches throughout document

If you've used a recent Firefox, you can see what I'm referring to. It would be helpful to be able to highlight all matches within a document, similar to "Mark All" in the find dialog. Instead of bookmarking every instance, instead highlight (with some other color) every match.
Under certain circumstances this makes searching a document incredibly convenient... being able to navigate (find again, etc) is not the same, neither is "mark all", since you still have to visually scan through the line to see where the occurance lies (which is hard when the line is convoluted, which is why you're searching in the first place).
Anyone else have thoughts?
