No sound when find goes past EOF

No sound when find goes past EOF

I have been using Textpad for a few years. Recently, I installed 4.7.3 on a new PC, and used the regedit method of bringing my preferences to the new PC. Even though I have all of the obvious settings for audible alert, and wrap set as expected, I get no sound when the find goes past EOF.

If I turn on the visible alert, it does blink the window. And, if I take "wrap" off for the search, I do get a sound and the 'cannot find' popup message. Anyone have any ideas?
