I was wondering how I can open an environment file. My instructions say to open an environment file from the file menu but I only see the regular Open option. Thanks and happy holidays.

In Windows you've got Environment Variables. To edit them in Windows XP right click on My Computer -> Properties -> Advanced tab and click on Environment Variables.
