Flipping document view between text and binary

I love TextPad for its ability to load any kind of file you throw at it no questions asked!. 
For that reason I frequently use it to snoop all kind of binary files in search for embeded texts (like JPEG images for instance). What I'm missing is a quick way to flip the view between text and binary display, without having to reload the file through the Open File menu. May be a macro can do the trick. Any suggestions?
