Installation problem

I have a problem installing TextPad 4.7.3 on my machine. I'm running XP Pro (2002) SP1 - networked. (IE vers 6).
When I run txpeng473.exe (from my local C: drive) I get a windows installer query box stating "The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable" "Click OK....or enter alternate path to 'TextPad4.7.msi' - I've search for the .msi file to no avail
