I would love to see a "Replace in Files..." feature added to text pad. There is already a "Find in Files..." feature but not the corresponding one for Find and Replace. This is a feature that I use often in other editors such as Visual Slick edit.

Don't think TextPad will be modified to do that soon. But until then, check out Wild Edit.

This will probably take care of most of your needs in the meantime.

After the Find in Files, you can rightclick into the result window and use "Open All".
Then use Replace with "in all documents"

Or, as Bob suggested, have a look at WildEdit.

I would pay extra to see this ability integrated in TextPad.
