Allow reordering document tabs

This is at least the third time I've requested this feature, but it's still not added, so I figure I might as well mention it again.

I want to be able to drag and drop the document tabs to change the order they appear in on the tab bar. Also, if I save a workspace, it should save the tab order so when I reopen the workspace the tabs are in the order I left them. That's all. Thanks.

I heartily second both suggestions (add drag-and drop re-ordering of file tabs in a workspace, and re-open the files in a workspace in the same order they were in when the workspace was saved).

I'm a newly registered user, and find most aspects of the program to be smooth and intuitive. But the absence of these features, especially the latter, confounded my expectations.
