auto-relocate s&r dialogue

I am editing a huge number of files which require search and replace in a number of ways. A big hassle is relocating the Search and Replace dialog when it covers the item found. (especially...and I think this is is not a problem with TextPad, when I am always slipping off the title bar when I drag).

I would like to see the dialog box jump out of the way when it detects that is is over the found item.
