Me personally, I know now, but for the sake of others, I would suggest adding the Allow Docking context menu option to the context menu displayed when right-clicking the TITLEBAR of the DocSel'r/ ClipLib, not just the grey border.
Allow Docking opt -Document Selector, Clip Library, titlebar
