Allow file open to open files with forward slashes

It would be nice if textpad had an option to allow filenames to have forward slashes.

ie I want to be able to enter any of the following into File-->open
c:\temp\fred.txt
c:/temp/fred.txt
\\amachine\temp\fred.txt
//amachine/temp/fred.txt

Win32 Perl can handle any of these forms
