Is there any way to do this in Textpad? Or any other program for that matter.

EXAMPLE:
0087891146 Seamless Suspender .... 27.00
0087891149 Seamless V Neck ........ 27.00
0087891151 Bow Lace .................. 30.00

The prices listed is what I paid for 6. I would like to make them what I paid for 1.

Any spreadsheet program with an import function will do, I can think of OpenOffice or MS Excel. HTH
