Keyboard shortcuts lost/garbled after crash

Hi,
my computer recently crashed with a blue screen. Now the shortcuts on Macros are all gone, even though I restored CUSTOM.BND from a recent backup. And the shortcuts on the Tools are shuffled besides some are missing.
How do I restore the shortcuts on each menu?
Why is it not sufficient to restore CUSTOM.BND?
Does anyone understand, how a .TPM macro is connected to a specific shortcut and why shortcuts may move/disappear when a .TPM file is added/moved to/from the macros folder?
